He has worked at several Award winning Architectural Practices in Brighton and Lewes since he qualified.

Sean started his own business back in 2008 and he has grown the practice over the years but he still enjoyed a hands on approach dealing with every Client himself.

Sean is also a Party Wall Surveyor, so he is able to assist in any matters you may have dealing with your neighbours party wall.

Sean has lived in Brighton for the last 25 years.

He is married and has two children.

Martin Dean has been an Architectural Technician since 1993 when he qualified from the University of Brighton with an HNC in Building Studies.

He has worked for many years in large practices gaining experience in all sectors of work. He has experience of working on multi million pound projects down to small scale domestic extensions and alterations. 

He won a BIAT student award at University and was part of a team that won a Sussex Heritage Award in 2016.

Martin has lived in Seaford for over 40 years.

He is married and has three children.
